- ReStore Assistant Manager (Full-Time)
- The ReStore Assistant Manager reports to the ReStore Manager and is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, staff supervision, and customer and donor relations to ensure a clean, safe, and profitable retail environment. This role requires prior management and customer service experience (retail or business preferred), strong computer and POS system skills, and the ability to lead, train, and motivate staff and volunteers. Key responsibilities include managing budgets and financial reporting, overseeing inventory and donations, supporting marketing efforts, and building community partnerships to increase brand awareness. The position also emphasizes staff development, volunteer engagement, and strict adherence to safety policies. Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a comprehensive benefits package with health coverage, retirement matching, and paid time off.
- ReStore Associate (Both full time and part time position available)
- Watauga County Habitat for Humanity is seeking part-time and full-time help working in the ReStore. Ideal candidates would have previous customer service experience and willingness to work hard for a great cause. Candidates must be able to pick up and carry 75+ lbs. Habitat for Humanity is an equal opportunity employer. - Part-time Driver
- Cantidate must have experience and the capability to drive a 16+ foot box truck on mountain roads. Cantidate must be able to pick up and carry 75+ lbs. Driver will be accompanied with another associate during pickups to assist with moving heavy items. Background check is mandatory for this position.
