The Big Cheese is a friendly competition lasting from April 9th and concluding June 2nd, with a finale at Appalachian Mountain Brewery from 5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
The Big Cheese, formerly known as The Big Kahuna, is a peer-to-peer fundraiser where six teams compete against each other to raise the most money for Watauga County Habitat for Humanity before the finale. Since 2015, this fundraising campaign has collectively raised over $410,000!
This year’s teams are: High Country Home Builders, Alpha Delta Pi – Zeta Mu Chapter, Realtors of the High Country, Lambda Chi Alpha and VPC Builders.
