Our Homeowner Application period is OPEN through February 28, 2025. All interested applicants, please have your application turned into Watauga Habitat using the directions below by 5pm on February 28th.

Include the following with your application in order to verify your income:
- Last 2 months of pay stubs AND/OR;
- If you receive Social Security and Disability – please provide the most recent copy of your determination letter AND/OR;
- If you receive HUD assistance, please provide a copy of the most recent determination letter AND/OR;
- If you receive alimony of child support – please provide a copy of relevant documents.
- Last two years of tax returns
After completing the above application, you may turn in your application and required income verification paperwork in one of three ways. Either by mail, email, or by bringing it to our location at 1200 Archie Carroll Rd in Boone, NC on Monday – Friday from 11:00am – 5:00pm.
